We’re thrilled to announce the return of our HR Mentorship Program—now called ASCEND!
Building on last year’s momentum, we’re elevating your experience with more resources and exciting new features designed to help you connect, learn, and grow as an HR professional.
Applications for ASCEND 2025 are currently closed.
We will share updates about the program—including future launch details—through our website, newsletter, and social media channels. We encourage you to stay connected and check back regularly for announcements regarding the next application cycle.
ASCEND 2025 is a five-month mentorship program, designed for HR professionals at all career stages. You’ll be paired with a mentor (or mentee) to foster growth, exchange knowledge, and tackle career challenges.
The journey kicks off with an engaging event featuring a guest speaker, goal-setting activities, and networking opportunities. Afterward, you’ll meet regularly with your mentor (or mentee) to work on career aspirations, action plans, challenges, and progress. Plus, you’ll get access to coaching sessions, curated learning materials, and other resources to enhance your experience.
By the end, you’ll gain new insights, build valuable professional relationships, and earn a digital completion badge to showcase on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Gain clear, personalized direction on your career path from seasoned mentors.
Explore shared experiences, strategies, and best practices to address current challenges.
Build confidence, sharpen your communication skills, and boost your overall professional presence.
Hone your coaching, listening, and feedback skills while guiding an emerging or transitioning HR professional.
Gain new insights from your mentee’s experiences and challenges, keeping you up-to-date with evolving trends.
Contribute to the growth and success of developing HR professionals, strengthening the HR community.
Each participant should expect to commit 1–2 hours per month over the course of the program and attend at least 80% of program activities.
We look forward to welcoming new participants into the program and continuing to foster the growth of HR professionals in our community. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
